  has been started by Kathleen Biersteker, an artist and technology student at California State University Monterey Bay. Having studied art at Monterey Peninsula College, University of California at Santa Cruz and California State University Monterey Bay, she feels that artists united from these closely related geographical areas on the Monterey Bay will develop into a stronger community of artists that will greatly benefit all concerned.
