Also listed are workshops of interest, as well as entry, submission, and application dates of importance to artists. We need you to help keep this calendar current. 	JULY 9-10 Week-end Scroll Workshop	Scroll Workshop Carmel Valley artist, Joan Larkey, has scheduled a Scroll Workshop in Carmel Valley on a weekend (Saturday and Sundaythe 9th and 10th) in July. (There is space available for 2 participants on this date) Time: 9:00-6:00 Cost $300--includes most materials and lunch Workshop will cover all techniques and processes in the creation of a scroll using rice paper painted with acrylic for both image and framing, cloth backing, silk edges, Japanese hardware. Image to be mounted must be on paper thin enough to roll. An orientation meeting prior to the workshop will be scheduled.
